Absolute tosh I’m afraid. You don’t tell bank staff what to install they ring to ask you as the question says.
So you add a webcam and they are banned by the bank due to security issues and then you are in trouble.
I’m afraid this is an attack of the random utterly rubbish question again!! Flatbed scanner would be a far better answer with the sig pad, not a web cam!!

I would have thought that most employees at bank would use a scanner over a webcam considering they more closely deal with scanning in documents.
