Because the question states ‘Log traffic TO and FROM the company’s cloud-based word processing and email system’ I would have to agree with ‘A’.
‘D’ sounds good too but personal websites would be out of the scope of what the firewall is suppose to be logging. I stared at this question for a while too though.
