2. using a second laptop works fine but is dim so adjust the contrast so B.

I’m thinking A and B. As it was dim using another laptop the FIRST thing to do is increase contrast. if that doesnt work then change bulb
Idt its the bulb, since it didn’t mention it was dim with the first laptop. if it was the bulb, the first laptop should have been dim also display artifacts.. NO?
