I agree (Answer B).
Collab apps don’t support Thin. To avoid HX resource waste and increased deployment time, VMs should set to Thick Provision (Lazy Zeroed), but NOT Thick (Eager Zeroed).
I agree is the same disk format for almost all the UC app. like CUCM, Presence,UCCX, Unity and so on.

On page 11;
. On the Disk Format page, ensure that the default disk format of Thick Provision Lazy Zeroed is selected and
then click Next.
Thin Provision is not supported as VM performance may degrade during resizing of a partition.
