I think the certificate has expired as referenced in https://www.networkoc.net/cisco-wlc-bad-certificate-alert-received-from-peer/ the but there is no such option. I think it’s C is closest.
You are right: Factory-installed certificates are referenced with the term “MIC”, which is an acronym for Manufacturing Installed Certificate . In the logs you can see the AP is using this certificate (MIC) and not using SSC

AP had MIC certificate installed. So AP are not using SSC. Therefore A is not correct. There are another dates on console output, so I think C is correct.
