a. no match
b no match
c. no match
d. matches
e. invalid cucm route pattern config – ?? not possible. You get this message when trying to use consecutive ?s..Add failed. “Cannot have consecutive plus signs and question marks in any combination (?+, +?, ++ or ??)”
In my opinion it’s necessary to read out the question really well. As if they ask for route pattern, it must be C. The question mark is nothing you’re able to configure in route pattern. This would only be possible on gateways. So unless the ?? is not XX, the best match is C.
Think Simone has it right. If you take the answers as being accurate then D would be correct as it is the closest match 6XXX. However I do not know of any patterns that would contain ?? in it, only a single ? If answer E is a typo and should have read 6[0-5]XX then that would be correct
I think there is something wrong with the choices. I bet E should be 6[0-5]XX and not 6[0-5]??. Cannot be C since it will only match 6000-6099 and 6500-6599. It can be D but too many matches, but it can be the best match IF E is indeed 6[0-5]??.
The answers are not correct. The correct answer is 6[0-5]XX but is not listed here correctly
The only answer that can allow what is requested in the question, is Answer D.
Actually the answer is E :
E. 6[0-5]?? is not correct the correct option is E. 6[0-5]XX so in this case It will match the requeried Range of 6000 to 6599.
D is the correct answer..

I agree.

I think the correct answer is C this is more specific to 000 to 599, i.e. 600 matches where as 6XXX has 999 matches

The question mark (?) wildcard matches zero or more occurrences of the preceding digit or wildcard value. i.e.
The route pattern 91X? routes or blocks all numbers in the range 91 through 91999999999999999999999.
So, the “most correct” answer should be D (6XXX).
