I think CDE is correct since RIPv1 doesn’t seem to have support. At least in the documentation.
It’s hard to find Cisco-information about IS-IS support but it doesn’t seem to be supported. See the community-link below.

The option “RIP” is misleading. Yes, indeed, only RIPv2 is supported….

some one clarified this, I did test and i can confirm that DMVPN is support by RIP,RIPv2,OSPf, EIGRP, BGP bub i dont know if is-is is supported too.
