    If you take A literally, it blocks all traffic, even if an address is in the binding table.

  2. I think answer should be option C, i mean it does block DHCP mssg on untrusted ports but to say it blocks traffic from DHCP server (as i understood) means it just all traffic from any server even the one that resides inside network leasing ip to pcs, where as we know that it keeps a binding table as well OR MAY I GOT THE QUESTION WRONG some body exhplaint it thoo me
