    1. “Band selection works by regulating probe responses to clients and it can be enabled on a per-WLAN basis. It makes 5-GHz channels more attractive to clients by delaying probe responses to clients on 2.4-GHz channels.”

      Notice it says probe RESPONSES not REQUESTS so D is not quite correct. But I don’t agree with any other options. I found nothing about C – “The access point recommends the band in the association response to the client” so that’s not how it works. Closest answer is C I think, must be just a typo error in the answer.
