  1. This seems like an old question, and poorly formulated. Before, It would have been M365 F1, but with the new naming conventions this is M365 F3. The new M365 F1 only provides Teams, Yammer and Sharepoint (not sure about Staff). There is no M365 E1. In fact the most appropiate here would be O365 F1 or F3, but that is assuming the users don’t have don’t use a machine full time or the machine screen is smalller than required per Firstline workers licenses (this also applies to M365 F1 and F3). So I would say D. would work, but under certain conditions, so for me, it is a tricky question.

  2. Microsoft 365 F1 cost 4 dollar per user, Microsoft 365 F3 cost 10 dollar per user, and Microsoft 365 E3 cost 32, dollar per user,
Microsoft StaffHub has been retired, June 30, 2020 and capabilities into Microsoft Teams Shifts app for schedule
management and additional capabilities will roll out over time.

So in October 2020, F1, is not valid, no F3 option, so may be more accurate answer E3
