  1. This CScientist guy is a real ass, he’s made multiple comments that show how little he has actually used windows in an enterprise environment. SysAdmins lock passwords all the time through group policy

  2. D is not correct. According to Microsoft, you can prevent users from updating drivers which can cause the system not to work properly. The user can only: C, Change their own password.
