  1. I think this question is not correct.

    If DSW2 is root bridge, all DSW2 ports are designated and spanning tree would put a port of the DSW1-PC1 link in blocking state.

    Only you could redirect traffic through DSW1 by obtaining that DSW1 would be Root Bridge. Even if you modify the value of port priority in DSW1 Gi1/0, DSW2 remains the root bridge

  2. I am not sure that the answer is true. If we need to data flow over dsw1 we can simply go to dsw2 and set port priority connected to PC1 higher than dsw1 port connected to PC1.
