  1. All of these fields are present in ALL BPDUs, including TCNs (Topology Change Notifications). However, setting the BPDU type byte to 0x80, indicates a TCP, and setting bit 1 in the Flags field are the ways you indicated the BPDU is a TCN, the correct answer must include C and E. The only other field that has any specific value for a TCN is the Version ID field, which must be set to 0x00 for TCNs and Config BPDUs.
