So the answer is A, C and D
The config guide says you can choose an auto MAC address or specify it manually, thus F should be one of the answers.
There is no mention of defining a SAN pin group in the config guide. Therefore the answers are: A, D, F.
Also, HBAs are using WWPN and not MAC addresses.
