  2. I agree there is some confusion the documentation for the 4500 12.2 (46) linked below states
    LLDP global state — Disabled
    LLDP interface state — Enabled

    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst4500/12-2/46sg/configuration/guide/Wrapper-46SG/swlldp.html#wp1064516

and for the 3560 12.2 (55) its listed as
    LLDP global state — Disabled
    LLDP interface state — Disabled

    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst3560/software/release/12-2_55_se/configuration/guide/3560_scg/swlldp.html

  3. I am not sure if choice D would be correct choice here or not.
LLDP Interface state can’t be enabled until LLDP global state is enabled.

Different models of Cisco switches have different configuration for LLDP. Here are two comparisons but in both state LLDP interface state is enabled when global state is enabled.

On Nexus 7000 switches below is the default setting
LLDP on interfaces –Enabled, after LLDP is enabled globally
    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/datacenter/sw/5_x/nx-os/system_management/configuration/guide/sm_nx_os_cg/sm_lldp.html

On this article on Cisco website
    https://www.cisco.com/c/en/us/td/docs/switches/lan/catalyst2960/software/release/12-2_37_ey/configuration/guide/scg/swlldp.pdf
on page 21-2 (page 2 of 6) it says
    LLDP global state — Enabled
    LLDP interface state — Enabled
