This should be A and D.
A: https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-vSphere/6.0/com.vmware.vsphere.vcenterhost.doc/GUID-8756D419-A878-4AE0-9183-C6D5A91A8FB1.html
D: https://code.vmware.com/docs/4163/vsphere-command-line-interface-concepts-and-examples
There is no vicfg-ntp command in vSphere Management Appliance. This command is run from the host. I think answers should be AB as suggested.
