    I think D and E are correct. Because i checked in the oracle slide that there are following information:
    >>
    Not all dictionary views start with the prefix DBA_, ALL_, and USER_. The following views or
    synonyms to views are exceptions to this:
    • AUDIT_ACTIONS
    • CAT
    • CHANGE_PROPAGATIONS
