1. It is A an C. E (DFS) is irrelevant. I.e., DFS is implemented in APs and Clients. It has nothing to do with the number of APs and clients.

   “DFS channels carry a special requirement that the AP and all clients using a channel must abandon it temporarily if a radar signal is detected”

2. It’s Correct A & E.

   We talk about High AP density, not high client density.
   In High AP density we must to make sure the channel not CCI using DFS, and we must to make sure the power transmit not make too much overlapping.

   and if we talk about high client density, it will come to RX-SOP to make the AP only heard the client below threshold.

      Correction C, E are more correct answer.
      A is correct answer too, but in the document cisco more concern to RX-SOP.

      CCA/RX-SOP
      CCA (clear channel assessment) and RX-SOP (receive start of packet) are extraordinarily complementary to RRM for appropriately sizing WLAN cells in a high-density environment. It is best to think of CCA, TPC (transmit power control), and RX-SOP as working in tandem for determining optimal cell size.

      DFS
      The ability to use spectrum requiring radar detection is fully supported in HDX. Support for DFS (dynamic frequency selection) permits many more channels to be used, which is essential for environments with many access points and/or many WLANs.
