    option B. The service parameter for the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming Application needs to have Run Flag set to True.
    it doesn´t mentioned what Parameter need to have the Run flag as true.

    option E is more specific :

    E. Under the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming Application parameters, the conference bridge needs to have Run Flag set to True.

    CUCM :

    Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming App (Active) Parameters on server:

    Conference Bridge (CFB) Parameters

    Run Flag Required Field : True.

    From the call manager help page:
    Conference Bridge (CFB) Parameters
    Run Flag: Required Field This parameter determines whether the conference bridge functionality of the Cisco IP Voice Media Streaming Application is enabled. Valid values specify True (enabled) or False (disabled).
    This is a required field.
    Default: True
