I agree B and D. It asks for BASIC call handling support. CUCME SRST would be advanced support features.

Here is the problem I have with using D as an answer to this question.
MGCP Fallback, is not an independent call handling option. It is a PART of SRST. You have to have SRST running, so I would stand by the answer B and E on this. Both of those are two options that can handle call support on their own. MGCP Fallback is the command that enables an MGCP gateway to switch to H323 when SRST service has been engaged.
