  1. The phone doesn’t use SIP to register with the CUCM.

    IMO – the answer is B. HTTP and C. TFTP.

    The phone actually uses HTTP over TCP/7690 to GET the config from the TFTP server. If HTTP fails, it falls back to TFTP over UDP/69.

    1. Actually I’ll change that. It does use SIP REGISTER messages to register with the registrar (CUCM). But as far as i’m aware, it does primarily use HTTP (TCP/6970) to GET the config from the TFTP.

      You decide. Maybe Wireshark it to check.
