  1. I think this is not true. RSTP does not have a blocking state , it have only 3 port states : Discarding ,Learning , Forwarding.

      1. Well.. The RSTP is just an evolution of the normal (common) STP protocol. So the question in other form is ‘What 2 states in STP were combined together in the RSTP, allowing fast convergence ?”

        The answer is (Blocking and listening). Switch no more listen for 15 seconds before getting into learning. But directly from Discarding (old name: blocking) to Learning.

        Answer: A&B.
