A Collaboration engineer implemented Cisco EMCC between Cisco Unified CM clusters. The administrator has configured the bulk certificate management and exported the certificates to the SFTP server.     As per the RFC (https://tools.ietf.org/html/rfc3435#section-3.2.2) you need to look at the table on page 84 to know which parameters are mandatory in an AUCX message.
    The table you referred to was for parameters required in a response to AUCX message.
    So according to the table Connection ID (I) and Requested Info (F) are the mandatory parameter lines.
