    With DHCP Starvation the attacker can run than his own DHCP server to perfom a man in the middle attack.
    With a CAM table overflow, the switch start to acting like a hub, sending all packages to all the ports an the attacker can also intercept this data.
    But I get it why is D.

    1. they mention a specific recipient. the attacks you mention would cause you to intercept all traffic on the network. Best answer is D
