In my option is L3 roaming.
There are two different name (means two different network) with different subnet.
It is possible has got two subnet in the same VLAN so it is a tricky question.
I can understand your tips and thought, but just only vlan 20 is described here. So L2 roam might be good.
I agree with Answer A on the surface, but as we all know, they like to try and trick you…

If they’re subnet masks of /25 and /20 (CIDR) then it’s not possible to do a L2 roam.
In which case it would be a L3 roam where the Point of Presence remains on WLC1 (tunneled back from WLC2)
