      1. I agree with jz.

        The other menus are incomplete. Maybe the manager added the resources and configure a resource group, but he never added them into a team.

        At the beginning of the sentence it says that “he added a new Team” and we could assume that it was a complete configuration.

        So the finally step is assigning the resources to a team (Subsystem > RMCM > Resources).
