Why are some visiting employees unable to connect to the wireless while at corporate headquarters?

An administrator uses the Default AP group for corporate headquarters and additional AP Groups for each remote site so that employees from remote sites will have access to their deployed WLAN/SSID when visiting corporate. The company has grown to over 20 remote locations and each has its own SSID. Why are some visiting employees unable to connect to the wireless while at corporate headquarters?
A. The MAC address of the visiting employees devices needs to be added to the security tab in the WLC.
B. The WLANs are limited on the default AP Group to those numbered 16 and below.
C. The WLANs for each of the new locations need to be manually added to the default AP Group.
