  1. This question doesn’t make sense as there is no config provided in the explanation.

    I found similar one elsewhere and they compare Tunnel0 interface with Multilink1 link and then claim it’s down due to misconfigured IPs. But I have also noticed 2 serial interfaces are down on Branch 1 router which makes D the correct answer. But then again – no one knows what config based on this answer is provided. I wouldn’t trust it blindly 🙂
