I passed my CICD 210-060 exam yesterday. In my exam, not like what the forum mention about, I didn’t get any CIVCD question in the exam. Total 60 questions and get around 30% of questions are not in the dump I used. Can’t really remember the new question, but I do remember some.
DTMF:
consists of simultaneous voice-band tones generated when a button is pressed on a telephone;
use of DTMF enables support for advanced telephony services;
the keypad has four rows and three columns, but a fourth column is present for some applications;
matrix of push buttons in which each row represents the low frequency component and each column represents the high frequency component of the DTMF signal;

Today I passed my CICD 210-060 exam. Let me tell you my experience: Passing score was 860 out of 1000 70% of the question were new. I will highly recommend to nt depend on dupms
. Questions are based on CUCM GUI involing level 1 troubleshooting. If you donot have an hands on experience of CUCM go get it.
