  1. Answer is B and C

NSX-T endpoints are cloud based so multiple targets allowed
NSX for vSphere is a 1 to 1 relationship

  2. Is B and C.

The vSphere endpoint can be only connected to one NSX-V as vCenter has a relation 1:1 with NSX. But for NSX-T as vCenter is and endpoint and not has that relation 1:1, that vCenter can connect to multiple NSX-T.

“An NSX-T endpoint can be associated with multiple vSphere endpoints in vRealize Automation. However, a vSphere endpoint can only be associated with one NSX, either NSX for vSphere or NSX-T, endpoint”
