An integration updates a custom data object that uniquely maps to contacts within Eloqua using an email address. I think the correct answer should be B, the processing step doesn’t mean for the Form processing, it’s one of the processes within CDO Record Services.
When the processing within appropriate service is disabled, the issue mentioned in question would be happen.
