    Enforce has nothing to do with data in motion.

    The user wants to upload a file to a protected file, the CloudSOC Gatelet intercepts the traffic, extracts the data, sends it to the Cloud Detection Service which decides (based on the on-prem Enforce policies) whether the data is allowed to get to the application or has to be blocked.
