Have a look, so they are asking what are possible state changes, so yeah its obvious that it can only be : from normal to warming, and critical warning. In the newer version that’s bit different, as you define action per each trigger.
I completely do not understand this quesion, can anyone explain this ?

there is no normal->warning/critical etc etc.. You can set it to be a warning or to be a critical. So this would mean you can select when it goes from normal into warning or into critical if anything .
