Answer is A. Bigtable is ideal for storing time-series data. Bigquery supports streaming inserts, but is not a god choice if the data gets updated frequently as in this case.
No doubts on this one, clearly BigTable is the chosen one. Big query is not for streaming, cloud storage is also not good for time series and datastore will not get along with hadoop jobs (is a document db!).
