Definitely, D don’t have the destination and priority fool you the first thing the device will look at is the closest destination address. In this case, is the 172.20.168.0/24 which will take precedence over all the other variables

A more specific route always has precedence so I think it should be : D
I’ve tested it.
WAN1 = Distance-10, Priority-10
WAN2 = Distance-5, Priority-20
and checked on Monitor>Routing Monitor
my LAN uses WAN2 as default gateway.
So Distance precedence over Priority.
