B is correct. If the quota is exceeded the system would and could raise a 503 error
Very tricky question.
A is incorrect. No users would be able to connect.
B is incorrect. A quota error will return 429 and not 503.
C is possible, but is a complex task – so you wouldn’t go there first
D is also possible and very quick to confirm – probably the best answer.
