    Correct Answer is B and D:

    From a Leaf perspective, a Leaf must be connected to all spines (answer B). The APIC must provide fabric policie enforcement (like programming) to the leafs.

    C is wrong as Leafs are not inteconnected to leafs (they are interconnected by spines)
    A is wrong as not all ports to a leaf are 40Gb (only uplinks to spines are)

    (C and A would be valid if the questoin was on requirements for SPINE nodes in a Cisco Clos design)
