Yes in this case A is the correct answer and 1TB of the newly added disk will be wasted as RAID 5 is in use
Shouldn’t this be A? 5 X 1TB in raid 5 means 4 X 1TB are usable. Hot spare wouldn’t be presented as usable space. And user adds a 1 X 2TB disks (of which 1TB would be usable.
Or am i missing something?
