the answer is D because requirements say you should be plugin and plugin is ICA traffic
NetScaler Gateway plugin is NOT ICA traffic. Citrix Receiver/Workspace app is ICA traffic while NetScaler Gateway plugin is full VPN traffic. I tend to agree that the answer is B.
