– One worker group for the servers in each of the two regions means two worker groups. For example all the west coast servers would be in a west coast worker group and the east coast servers in an east coast worker group.
– Each region needs to prioritise its own worker group first. For example if there were two regions (east coast and west coast), the east coast region would have priority 1 for the east coast worker group and priority 2 for the west coast worker group. Where as the west coast region would need to have the oposite requirements (ie: priority 1 for the west coast worker group and prioirty 2 for the east coast worker group).
