Actually B and C is the right answer.The segregation of OSPF into areas decreases the LSDB by limiting the LSDB inside this area, the routes learned from the other areas are summary routes advertised by the ABR. If you change the Stub Area into NSSA the LSDB could increase as the external routes are allowed in NSSA.
