A isn’t correct because just having a custom DLL doesn’t do anything. It needs to have an entry point and must be registered on the server or workstation executing the code.

D isn’t correct because you can’t directly reference a C# file in anything (not just Datacap). It has to be compiled code for runtime execution (i.e. a DLL, an EXE, etc.)
