    1. D is correct answer.

      In Excel click Data tab, in the Queries & Connections section select any active Queries & Connections. Pick the connection you wish to modify. Right click and select Properties. There you can select the Checkbox to refresh when opened.

  1. None of them looks corret to me…
    PivotTable Tools -> Options -> data-> enable Refresh the data when open the file.
