I didn’t know what an “Utils Script” is.
Apparently it’s just a script with “Utils” in its name. (https://developer.servicenow.com/dev.do#!/learn/learning-plans/quebec/new_to_servicenow/app_store_learnv2_scripting_quebec_utilities_script_include)
So basically the question is When creating a Script Include: Identify the step that does not belong.
The answer, of course, is A.
