David uses a contact group named "colleagues" to send e-mails to all the colleagues of his department. A colleague of his department is transferred to the Marketing department. David opens the list and deletes the contact of the transferred employee.
However, when he uses the contact group to address an e-mail, the deleted contact still appears in the To box of the e-mail. Choose and reorder the required steps to remove the contact from the contact group.
