Can anyone explain how joiner, Rank and sorter only make upstream TCT ineffective? nd how does other transformation will act?
@Dennis: Because whole Master table data becomes available cache the indexes at Information Server to join with detail table which means it is no more data driven fetch in batches which will make less meaningful of the transaction control transformation purpose. All the data will be available for as soon as first place of join found at the left hand side of the mapping.
Any one can tell me why Joiner would ALWAYS make upstream TCT ineffective?
