The answer is application layer, because what cannot be solved by the transport layer must be solved by the upper layer, in this case the application layer.
Application Layer is right answer, because in question it is asked in case UDP is used which layer protocol will ensure the reliability.. and when udp is used, application layer is responsible for reliability.
TCP is the correct answer ..it’s weird to set B as a correct answer..there is no such protocol called Application Layer

Don´t understand why the correct response is B, does Application Layer Protocol really exist? For me, the correct response is D because TCP is a reliable and connection oriented protocol.
