The answer is A. Bad paper quality (maybe because it is too humid) might stick to each other. A worn feed rollers will struggle to pick up one sheet, let alone two sheets.
As a former Office Equipment Technician, the answer is D.
BTW, get a rag and rubbing alcohol and clean the feed rollers first. Depending on the use and age of the printer, a light film starts to develop on the rollers so a good cleaning fixes this problem 99% of the time unless the roller is not turning at all.

D is my choice…after working in Operations, it is ingrained to always “flap” the paper to “air” it out which helps to remove any debris and stuck paper.

Yes, poor paper quality wouldn’t even exist if it didn’t work in any printers. Nobody would buy that kind of paper. Careful when giving answers if you’re not absolutely sure you’re correct.
