  1. Probably VSS (E) at the distribution layer. The distribution switches would logically bundle into a single device, thus adding uplink resilience and availability.

    My 2 cents.

  2. It could not be eVPC, because we are talking about redundant connections for access switches, not for end servers. So it should be vPC, but we have no such an option here.
