  1. A clustered index can’t be filtered. Besides the table already has a clustered index supporting PK. Therefore a nonclustered index should be credated instead to satisfy the requirements.
    CustomerStatus, not CustomerID shoud be in the WHERE clause. CustomerStatus should not be included.
    CustomerNumber should be included to cover all fields, but there is no such option.
